Frequently Asked Questions and Information

Postage.

Currently postage is £1.50 Royal Mail 1st Class within the UK. Items will be posted 1-3 working days following payment. All items of jewellery are thoroughly wrapped and packaged in bubble wrap and padded envelopes.

I will not be held responsible for any item lost in the post. Other postage options are available and if required please contact me for a quote.

Aftercare

All items of jewellery come with an aftercare guide. This includes how to store and look after the jewellery to ensure it stays in great condition and that you continue to enjoy your jewellery for a long time. Glass beads can break so please follow the aftercare guide. Should any beads break or crack, please contact me and I'll repair the piece free of charge.

Should you be unhappy with your jewellery or wish to have it altered in any way I would be more than happy to discuss this with you.

Payment

I accept payment via paypal as it is quick, safe, convienient, free and you don't need a paypal account to use it. Payment must be recieved within 5 working days otherwise the piece of jewellery will be re-listed on the site.
